• H and H v K and H; Counsel for the claimants in a 7-day trial involving the fraudulent transfer of a large residential property.
• CDA Ltd v CVL Ltd v ES Ltd: Counsel for the Defendant/Part 20 Claimant, a property development company, in a claim for misrepresentation and breach of contract against an Architects’ company and the vendor company of a plot of land in London purchased for the development of a residential block.
