We accept instructions directly from recognised professionals in accordance with the Bar Council guidelines and through the BARDIRECT scheme. Instructions from foreign lawyers are also accepted. Members of Chambers are able to give expert evidence in other jurisdictions as to the law of England and Wales. The senior members of Chambers accept instructions to chair Tribunals and Inquiries and act as arbitrators and mediators in any of the fields in which they practise.

Crime

Chambers offer strength and experience in all levels, from magistrates' courts, Divisional Court, including judicial review, to the House of Lords and the Privy Council, in particular in "pro bono" appeals in capital cases. Members appear in the higher courts in both defence and prosecution work. The range of work covers all aspects of criminal matters in the lower courts to serious crime.
