Roisin joined chambers in January 2010 following successful completion of her pupillage. Roisin undertakes a full range of civil work including employment law, personal injury, road traffic claims, contractual disputes and property litigation.
During pupillage Roisin assisted her pupillage supervisors advise on commercial litigation actions. Roisin also assisted in advising on professional negligence actions, interlocutory hearings and case management conferences.
In addition to civil work, Roisin undertakes a full range of criminal defence work in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. She also prosecutes on behalf of Serco.
