Nicola McKinney

Nicola’s civil practice encompasses commercial and personal injury litigation in this jurisdiction and in The Bahamas, including advising in high-value hotel and government property disputes. She has additional experience of family and possession hearings in the County Courts, and has worked on a civil claim in the Privy Council. Prior to coming to the Bar Nicola worked in the field of cash seizures under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

Nicola is also instructed in a range of criminal defence work in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
