Jared Dann

Jared is instructed on a wide range of civil law matters. He specialises particularly in landlord and tenant and other property work, but also appears in and advises on a variety of commercial, trust and negligence actions.

He appears regularly in County Courts around the country for both Claimants and Defendants. He has also been instructed on a number of company and insolvency matters in the High Court, together with ex parte applications for interim injunctions.

Jared has experience of immigration matters in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. He accepts instructions in criminal and regulatory matters, and appears from time to time in the Crown and Magistrates Courts. He also prosecutes on behalf of Serco.
