
Adam is a skilled junior advocate who has experience of the full range of civil common law matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial and property law. Adam has represented claimants and defendants in contractual disputes in the County Courts and appeared in all divisions of the High Court. He is currently counsel for an international company in a claim worth $250,000. Adam also has expertise in the field of insolvency law and has written on the implications for commercial lending following the House of Lords’ decision in National Westminster Bank v Spectrum Plus.
Adam also regularly undertakes immigration and personal injury work.
Adam is also available for instruction in relation to criminal and regulatory matters in the Magistrates’ and Crown Court.
