Civil
Nicola’s civil practice encompasses commercial, employment and personal injury litigation in this jurisdiction and in The Bahamas, including advising in high-value hotel and government property disputes and multi-jurisdictional insolvency and professional negligence cases. She has additional experience of immigration tribunals and of possession hearings in the County Courts, and has worked on a civil claim in the Privy Council. Prior to coming to the Bar Nicola worked in the field of cash seizures under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
